Live Streaming Schedule (Via Zoom)
All LIVE sessions will take place on Zoom.

(**The Zoom link will come to your email an hour before class starts.
If no one is signed up 90 minutes before class, class may be cancelled.)
Don't like to be on video? No problem! No video sharing required.
Come as you are and how you are comfortable!

NOTE! I will be taking time off June 18-27 to refresh and renew so I can be a better teacher for you!
Please take an on-demand class ^^ if you need yoga during that time (included with your membership).
