Live Streaming Schedule (Via Zoom)
All LIVE sessions will take place on Zoom.

(**The Zoom link will come to your email an hour before class starts.
If no one is signed up 90 minutes before class, class may be cancelled.)

** I use yoga props a lot. So if you have two blocks, a yoga strap, a blanket, and a bolster - have them nearby.
NOTE: FEB 2023 - I will be doing teacher training Feb-June
so will not be doing a livestream class every Saturday during that time
